Race Registration 08:00 – 11:30
The race secretary / registration office is open for checking in, weighing of mandatory food, control of vaccination booklets and pedigrees (pedigree check limited to WSA WC AR250 class), chip marking and sale of tickets for the banquet. Sales of Amundsen Race merchandise and pickup of pre-ordered merchandise.
(Note: the banquet is included in the entry fee for mushers, for all others: 550:- SEK.
Location: Folkets Hus, Ramselevägen 6, 83335, Strömsund.
Veterinary check 08:20 – 13:00
Veterinary check: ALL dogs must to be checked before start.
Location: large public parking between gas station OKQ8 and the Strömsund bridge. Follow the signs.
Musher meeting 15:00 – 17:00
Musher meeting, mandatory for all mushers and handlers (presence will be checked). Presentation of sponsors, veterinary team, trail- and other important race information.
Rookie mushers must have participated in one (1) of the two (2) Digital Musher Meetings that were held previously online.

AR Opening Ceremony: meet 18:30, program 19:00 – 19:45
AR Openings Ceremony in association with Svenska Kyrkan (The Swedish Church)
We gather at the Kommun Hus (Community Hall, address Storgatan 15) and walk to the church were the ceremony takes place.

Drive to start area AR350/AR250 07:30-08:15
Driving to the start area at the Hembygdsgården för the AR350/AR250 race. Follow the signs and officials’ instructions about how/where to park.
Location: Hembygdsgården, Strömsund (near to the Strömsund bridge)
Appointed race officials will randomly check mandatory equipment in the sleds before the start.
Note: Be on time to drive to the start area. If you are not in time you will start last as you cannot enter the start area after your time-slot!

Race on-going. The winning 180km team is expected to the finish line in Fjällsikten, Tåsjö during early Saturday morning and the winning 250km team (= the WSA World Champion Long Distance) during Saturday afternoon, depending on weather and wind.
Last start out Checkpoint for the finish. (AR180)
