Wilderness Checkpoint Västra Ormsjö, about 30 km before the finish of the AR250 / AR350

This checkpoint can be used to break the long run to the finish line (AR250/AR350). There is no time in and time out registration. So if you rest in the checkpoint it is calculated as runtime in the time registration.

No Depot and No Time Registration in and out the checkpoint

Straw and water is available. You can drop a dog and hand it over to your handler.

Handlers can stay at ICA Nära Ormsjödalen about 1 km walk from the checkpoint.
