Checkpoint Ljungdalen is placed at the head of the wildest of Härjedalen is Ljungdalsfjällen, with mil after mil of unspoiled wilderness.

Checkpoint Ljungdalen run as in previous years, together with Magnus and Anna
on Helags Värdshus, with help from Lungdalsbergets Tourist AB, the village Ljungdalen and  officials from Amundsen Race.

Checkpoint Ljungdalen have 8 hours of mandatory rest for AR 400 and swap places with 6 hour mandatory stop for AR DUO.

throughout the competition. The drivers have room in the dorm (bring your own sleeping mat) in Heather Valley school about 100 meters from the CP.
Handler can book accommodation in rooms at Helags Värdshus or bed in a hostel through Ljungdalsbergets Tourist AB.

Secretariat and the cafeteria at Helags Värdshus is open from approx. 04:00 25/3.

Parking of cars takes place at the ski lift about 75 m from the CP.
